WHAT EVERY REALTOR AND APPRAISER NEEDS TO KNOW! Wednesday, October 21st from 2:30P to 4:45P Description: Bring your questions, this will be an interactive 2 hrs. CE appraisers, salespeople/brokers to have a better understanding of each of our professions and when communication is permitted between the two. Introduction to the new reporting requirements for Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac in the appraisal process. Will answer your direct questions and concerns and provide resources. Non-Member Cost: $10/Non-Member Cost: $40. No-shows will be billed a $25 fee. Cancellations must be received by 5PM on October 20th.
