Description

This course explores the history and purpose of the Realtor Code of Ethics while focusing on the ethical challenges agents face in 2026. Participants will review the Articles of the Code, examine current issues involving social media, artificial intelligence, Fair Housing, advertising, client representation, and gain a practical understanding of Professional Standards and dispute resolution procedures. Through examples, group discussions, and case studies, participants will gain the knowledge and confidence needed to uphold ethical standards and maintain public trust in the ever-changing marketplace.
